Glastonbury 2025

Glastonbury 2025 has roared into life! Opening day on June 25 welcomed a crowd of approximately 200,000 at Worthy Farm, Pilton, Somerset, marking one of the largest gatherings in the festival’s history. The five-day event (25–29 June) features an electrifying lineup, headlined by The 1975, Neil Young & The Chrome Hearts, and the rising star Olivia Rodrigo closing out Sunday night.

Also gracing the iconic Pyramid Stage are legends Rod Stewart, taking on the coveted legends slot Sunday afternoon, and pop sensation Charli XCX on the Other Stage. Organizers even reduced ticket sales this year to help ease overcrowding—an intentional move praised by festival director Emily Eavis.

Beyond the main acts, the Park Stage is bringing edgy performances from The Maccabees, Caribou, Self Esteem, and Future Islands, making it a must-see destination. Festivalgoers should also be on the lookout for surprise "secret sets" at spots like the Other Stage and Park Stage, fueling buzz and excitement .

With favorable weather forecasts and a socially conscious spotlight—including panels on climate, equality issues, and the controversial inclusion of Irish rap group Kneecap—the festival promises to be more than just music; it’s a cultural movement.
